The start date must be a weekday (not a weekend or holiday) and no later than 30 days from today’s date. Container pickup is available on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Terms and Conditions

The Lessor leases to the Lessee a storage container/space at the Vario 37 complex, Stará Vajnorská 37, Bratislava, as specified in the order.
2. Rental Period and Price
The minimum rental period is 2 months. The rental price is listed on the pro forma invoice. Upon signing, the first month’s rent and a one-month security deposit are due.
3. Payment
Based on this pro forma invoice, the lessor will issue a formal invoice once the payment has been credited. The reservation is valid for 48 hours.
4. Access and Security
The lessee will receive a PIN for the gate. The premises are monitored by cameras, guarded 24/7, and fenced.
5. Liability
The tenant is responsible for the contents of the container. The landlord is not liable for damage caused by force majeure.
6. Termination
The lease may be terminated in writing with one month’s notice.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
We process personal and business data solely for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling the lease agreement.

Proforma invoice — has been generated and sent to your email. The “Small Container” space is reserved for you for 48 hours.
Once the payment is credited, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to arrange the handover of the space, provide access information, and sign the lease agreement.
